New development of building products

We advise our clients developing a new building product in all phases, including achieving the required permit and working through the technical fact sheets. During the early phases, optimisation of the building product with regard to durability and practicality is the main priority. During the initial orientating attempts, the principal suitability of the building product is openly evaluated so that cost-intensive „aberrations“ can be avoided. Throughout the following phases we draft the proper work plans to verify stability and durability. After clearance from the permit authorities and holding tests in our testing hall, we ultimately assess the stability and durability and provide recommendations for acquiring clearance/the permit.
