Preservation of evidence

The goal of the preservation of evidence is to create a resource to differentiate between damages caused by construction and damages already present. To this end, the state of damages of the neighbouring structures is recorded in an initial documentation before beginning construction. After construction is complete, this documentation of condition is repeated and compared with the initial assessment. Documentation that protects the client from unjustified damage claims is thus provided through this clear differentiation of damages.

Our core service of visual preservation of evidence includes the precise and clear documentation of all visible damages by using graphic and photographic imaging. Furthermore, we offer development and execution of geodesic and quake-sensing structural monitors for prominent buildings or difficult, inner-city excavations.
