Preserving historical structures

The preservation of historical structures is one of our office’s special service areas. We initially provide a detailed structural analysis as the basis for renovation.
A renovation plan is then developed in which the maximum preservation of the historical structural substance is ensured, and the structure is enhanced with carefully selected building materials and substance-preserving construction methods as needed. Upon request we plan the required maintenance measures and draft the corresponding tender documentation, accompanying their professional realisation.
Numerous historically important memorials and representative structures have been successfully renovated by our office in this way over the years.
